TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (TA) & COACHING – TA involves providing support and guidance to individuals or groups in order to enhance their technical skills or performance. Coaching involves a more personalized approach that aims to improve an individual’s performance or achieve specific goals.
INSTRUCTOR LEAD – Live instructor or facilitator leading a group of participants through a learning experience. This type of training usually takes place in a classroom, face-to-face, workshop setting, or online synchronously.
TRAINING MATERIALS AND LEARNING AIDS – Training materials and learning aids are resources used to facilitate the learning process. They can include presentations, videos, interactive and hand-on activities. These materials are designed to convey information, engage learners, and enhance understanding and retention.
LEVEL 1 – eLearning instructional design focuses on creating basic or introductory courses that provide learners with fundamental knowledge and skills in a specific subject or topic. The focus is on developing advanced skills and expertise in the topic.
IMMERSIVE LEARNING – Creation of an engaging and interactive learning experience that allows learners to fully immerse themselves in a virtual or simulated environment. It combines elements such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and gamification to provide a realistic and hands-on learning experience. Learners can actively participate in activities, make decisions, and solve problems within a digital environment. They may use VR headsets or AR devices to interact with virtual objects and scenarios, enabling them to practice real-life skills in a safe and controlled setting. This approach to learning enhances learner engagement, motivation, and retention by creating a highly interactive and personalized learning experience.
