We provide eLearning consultation and services on the local, state, and national levels. Currently we’ve conducted work in Washington DC with the Department of Small Local Business Development (DSLBD) and recommended and built eLearning solutions for city government agencies throughout the Nation. We’ve also partnered with other eLearning organizations and businesses to provide unique digital learning expertise to specific contracts. We are considered a go-to small business that can meet many sub-contracting roles with our strength being team oriented, dependability, and efficiency. We are a certified Washington, DC Disadvantage Business with a Certified Business Enterprise designation and currently registered on the DC Supply Schedule. We also hold a District of Columbia Clean Hands Certificate.

We have worked with K-16 and Non-Profit organizations on strategic planning and creating eLearning solutions that work for all students and adult learners. We specialize in equitable and culturally competent outcomes for all of our digital learning. There is a laser focus on creating microlearning, self-paced courses, video and digital toolkits that can be built quickly with elearning gold standard and research instructional design best practices. We possess an active International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET) Instructional Design for Adult Learner Certification.
We have currently been successful in creating 60 forty-five minute courses for high school students in the area of social-emotional, career and college readiness to over 50K students across the country to respond to the massive school closer due to the 2020 pandemic. We’ve also partnered to support Farm to Table state-wide strategic planning initiatives, to name a few projects.
Some of our non-profit work has been focused on the development of self-paced courses with a large international organization called College Board, providing strategic planning, standard operating procedures for online courses and webinars for SAT, PSAT/MNSQT and Advanced Placement programs.
Private Businesses
Our work with privately owned businesses has been extensive in that we have created toolkits, manuals, guides and online digital learning to support human resources compliance training, diversity and inclusion, and leadership. We support large and small businesses and provide elearning solutions that work for all sizes.
International
We have a laser focus on creating successful and satisfied international partnerships with the US Department of Commerce and Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). We have worked with the DoDEA Kaiserstraße, Germany to provide training to European high schools on college and career readiness. In addition, we have worked with the Women of the World Foundation in partnership with Sandmartin Production, an overseas based company to launch and implement a 24-hour virtual conference over 10 regions of the world.
