Antionetta Kelley, Creative Writer and Editor
Antionetta Kelley, M.Ed. is a dynamic educational professional who specializes in “all things writing,” including grant and scholarship writing, curriculum development, and proofreading/editing. A product of public education and public housing, Ms. Kelley removed barriers for herself when she managed to attain full scholarships to attend Smith College (undergrad) and The Harvard Graduate School of Education (grad) through her skillful writing abilities on competitive scholarship applications. Ms. Kelley founded The Write Consulting Group (TWCG) in November 2019 to help organizations and small businesses access grants and contracts to successfully execute their missions. To-date, Ms. Kelley has helped a variety of organizations secure close to $1 million dollars in funding. Ms. Kelley considers writing to be her passion and gift.

I am a Chicago native with a chemical manufacturing and project management background. I have degrees in biology and business administration with a project management focus. My ultimate goal is to become a CFO of a Fortune 500 company, and I’m using PM as a tool to achieve that success.

Cassie Kwon, Learning Experience and Advisory Board Member
Cassie Kwon is an educator and designer with a background in student retention, career and leadership development, and education technology. She holds a masters in higher education & student affairs from New York University and a bachelors in anthropology from Linfield College. Cassie’s interest is in exploring the intersection of education and technology- as a way to expand access and support to education and resources.
Duy Pham, Instructional Designer, Motion Graphic Videographer, and Custom Animator
Duy Pham has more than nine years of experience in developing content & e-learning courses. He is good at Articulate (Storyline 2, Storyline 360, Rise), Captivate, Isping, Camtasia, Elucidat, Vyond/Powtoon, Canva, Photoshop, AI, Audio editor (Audacity & Adobe audition), etc. He is also willing to learn and adapt to any new required tools. He holds an MBA degree from CFVG credited by EPAS. He comes from Vietnam and has various experiences in instructional design and training not only for employees but also for students (university and K12).
Junekia Forrester, Curriculum and Assessment Developer and Advisory Board Member
Junekia M. Forrester, M.Ed is a highly qualified educator with over 20 years of experience. She majored in English at Hampton University and uses literature as her source for bridging the gap of inclusivity for all learners. Her certification as a reading specialist enhances her ability to create culturally relevant learning experiences to ensure it is developmentally appropriate for both young and adult learners with varying text complexities.
Her expertise in curriculum writing and blended instruction has afforded her the opportunity to lead high school English Curriculum revisions, for honors, college prep and special needs populations. She has also provided expertise in writing Scope and Sequence for Prince George’s County Public Schools in Maryland and Hackensack Public Schools in New Jersey. Junekia has a passion for writing and uses the transformational power of words to inspire adult and youth learners.

Marissa Jackson, Director of Digital Learning, Research, and Development and Advisory Board Member
Marissa has a passion for supporting student tenacity and success. She holds an undergraduate degree from Columbia University and a Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University. Marissa has spent the past 18 years working in K-12, colleges and universities as a teacher, social worker, curriculum and professional development coach, and administrator – with a particular focus on the development of culturally-conscious retention and persistence initiatives, and resources and tools to nurture academic habits of mind.

Rich Miller, Instructional Designer
Learning and Development professional with 20 years of experience, Rich got involved in eLearning in 2007 moving into the design and development with the H1N1 Virus in 2009. He has been heavily involved in youth sports in his town, as a volunteer coach for 20 years soccer, baseball and basketball, stressing respect for team, opponents, the officials and the game being played. Now he enjoys reading and listening to music in his downtime.

Born in the UK and growing up in New York and the Caribbean, Russell completed a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in International Business at London Metropolitan University which have propelled an effective cross-cultural communications approach in global business and critical in entering new markets.

Tesha Kuti has over 10 years of administrative work with the City of New York where I provide high-level administrative support for executives to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. I provide professional customer service and most importantly I have a knack for keeping executives’ communication organized so they can easily access the most important information without having to sort through low-priority items. I specialize in training staff on company policies and best practices.
