Alix is an Artificial Intelligence Content Engineer with a diverse background in strategic consulting, project management, and nonprofit advocacy. Driven by a passion for innovation, creativity, and sustainability, she brings a thoughtful and purpose-driven approach to every project she takes on. Outside of work, Alix volunteers with her local Girl Scout troop and mentors high school athletes, helping them prepare for college and beyond while cultivating inclusive spaces that inspire positive social change.

Originally from Maryland, Allison is a dedicated advocate for social justice with a solid background in communications. She earned her B.A. in Mass Communication, with minors in Psychology and Political Science, from Xavier University of Louisiana. Now pursuing an M.S. in Strategic Communication, Allison is focused on advancing impact-driven initiatives and enhancing outreach efforts for mission-driven organizations.

Alysse is a researcher, writer, and advocate currently pursuing a Master’s in Animal Studies at New York University. As an Emerge Fellow with the Longmore Institute on Disability, they are creating a zine that explores the intersections of animal advocacy, disability justice, and Black liberation. Alysse’s work blends research, storytelling, and community organizing to uplift marginalized voices and challenge conventional narratives—ultimately reimagining more just and compassionate human-animal relationships.

Hi, my name is Curtis. I’m a goal-oriented freshman at the University of Cincinnati, currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Outside of academics, I enjoy watching movies and sports, and spending time with friends. After graduation, I plan to earn my CPA certification and hope to travel the world, combining my professional ambitions with a passion for new experiences and cultures.

My name is Micah, and I’m originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. I live with my mother and currently maintain a stable job while pursuing my passions. In my free time, I enjoy gaming, collecting sneakers, and riding quads and dirt bikes. My ultimate goal is to become a content creator in the gaming space, building a presence on platforms like YouTube and TikTok where I can share my creativity, skills, and passion with a wider audience.

My name is Mya, and I’m a 19-year-old college student currently attending the illustrious Spelman College. During my gap year, I’m gaining valuable clinical experience by shadowing surgeons and working as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) at a pulmonology office. My ultimate goal is to become a plastic surgeon, specializing in cosmetic procedures, while also dedicating part of my career to helping children with cleft lips—especially those without access to necessary care—feel confident and empowered.
