Antionetta Kelley, Interim Administrative Director and Marketing Specialist

Antionetta has more than a decade of proposal writing experience assisting community-based non-profits, small businesses, and social enterprises. She has helped organizations secure millions in grants and contracts from both the private and public sectors. Antionetta is well-versed in the grant management life cycle and end-to-end proposal management solutions. Antionetta holds a Master’s in Education Policy and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s in Government and Spanish from Smith College. She is also an alumnus of the AmeriCorps Program and of the Gates Millennium Scholars Program.

Ariana Mangum, Project Manager

 

I am a Chicago native with a chemical manufacturing and project management background. I have degrees in biology and business administration with a project management focus. My ultimate goal is to become a CFO of a Fortune 500 company, and I’m using PM as a tool to achieve that success.

Cassie Kwon, Learning Management System Architech

Cassie Kwon is an educator and designer with a background in student retention, career and leadership development, and education technology. She holds a masters in higher education & student affairs from New York University and a bachelors in anthropology from Linfield College. Cassie’s interest is in exploring the intersection of education and technology- as a way to expand access and support to education and resources.

I am a Curriculum Writer and Educator of 20 plus years utilizing my classroom teaching experiences to develop engaging curriculum and lesson plan design that fosters culturally responsive instruction, promote high order thinking skills, and encourage accountable talk to enhance student learning.

Marissa Jackson, Director of Digital Learning, Research, and Development

Marissa has a passion for supporting student tenacity and success. She holds an undergraduate degree from Columbia University and a Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University. Marissa has spent the past 18 years working in K-12, colleges and universities as a teacher, social worker, curriculum and professional development coach, and administrator – with a particular focus on the development of culturally-conscious retention and persistence initiatives, and resources and tools to nurture academic habits of mind. 

Noni Cambridge, Chief Financial Services

Noni Cambridge is an experienced accountant with over 25 years of professional experience in the field. She graduated from Rockhurst University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Recognizing the importance of further education, Noni pursued an MBA from Bellevue University, enhancing her knowledge and skills in the financial domain.

Throughout her extensive career, Noni has worked with a diverse range of companies, from Fortune 500 corporations to smaller sole proprietorships.

Tara Wallace, Coach & Professional Development Specialist

Tara C. Wallace, Ed.S is a highly experienced educational professional who has dedicated her career to making a positive impact in the lives of students from diverse backgrounds. With multiple advanced degrees in Education, Instructional Technology, and School Leadership, Ms. Wallace brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field. Complemented by her certifications in School Leadership, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Instructional Design, and Designated Project Manager, Tara’s extensive qualifications reflect her passion for increasing equity and improving academic outcomes. Moreover, Tara is a community schools’ proponent and has worked in tandem with internal and external stakeholders to support student success by organizing community resources and increasing family engagement.
